Started in 2007 by Kevin Truett, TourneyPlay.net quickly became known as the tournament leader in Washington State. TourneyPlay.net partnered with GameCrazy to host a series of tournaments for SSBM, Guitar Hero, Halo3 and Madden. The response was, as you can expect, HUGE! TourneyPlay.net racked up an impressive player base. In 2008 a few smaller events were held as plans for TourneyPlay.net were rewritten, preparing for a huge launch in 2009 with a series of tournaments that will define TourneyPlay.net for years to come!

In 2009 look for TourneyPlay.net to launch a series of larger scale tournaments, starting with Super Smash Brothers Brawl, in various locations around the State of Washington. Once our format has been established, we will add Guitar Hero, Halo3 and other games to the menu. We have plans for an OnLine Halo League as well as LAN events for Halo.

We will also look to LAN Centers for support. By having TourneyPlay.net host tournaments with your LAN Center, we will set up a network of TourneyPlay Authorized LAN Centers, who will share their tournament results with us to build up player bases for TP and the LAN Center, as well as help to build player stats in the TourneyPlay.net system. So your wins at TourneyPlay.net LAN Centers will go on your TourneyPlay.net Stats!

TourneyPlay.net is your home for tournaments across Washington State and eventually the Pacific Northwest!
